Life Transitions Coach
Life is a series of transitions:
Some are welcomed with excitement. Others arrive uninvited and often without warning. They disrupt the life we thought we knew. Even the changes we long for: a new career, marriage, retirement, a move, or becoming a parent can leave us feeling unsettled. We celebrate what is beginning while quietly grieving what has been left behind.
Then there are the changes we would not have chosen. The death of someone we love. The end of a relationship. A devastating diagnosis. Job loss. Financial hardship. Betrayal. The loss of a dream. A disaster that forever changes the landscape of our lives.
As your Life Transitions Guide, I offer a private, compassionate space where your story is heard without judgment and your emotions are honored with respect. Together, we make sense of what has changed, reconnect with your inner resilience, and discover how you want to move forward.
Rather than simply surviving this season of your life, you can begin to shape what comes next with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
My role is not to tell you what your future should look like. It is to walk beside you as you find your own path, helping you regain your footing until you feel confident taking the next steps on your own.
These experiences can shake our sense of identity, security, and direction. Life is no longer familiar. It can feel as though the ground beneath you has shifted.
All change is disorienting. Sometimes it feels like a bump in the road. Other times it feels like an earthquake.
You don't have to navigate that unfamiliar ground alone.

Change asks us to let go of what was familiar before we are certain of what comes next.
Even joyful transitions can bring grief, uncertainty, and unexpected emotions. When change is unwanted, it can shake our sense of safety, identity, and confidence. We may feel lost, exhausted, or unable to imagine what comes next.Feeling disoriented during times of transition is a human response—not a personal weakness.
